The product I received did not match the picture. I ordered a Streamlight protac HL. This model should have been 850 lumens as advertised on Amazon. Instead the package said 1000 lumens. Also the packaging looked slightly off. After reading an earlier review I inspected the button on the rear it looks pretty close to the Streamlight logo. The battery had Springs on both ends of it. However the O-ring was black not Orange. It showed the the charge cable plugged in with the flashlight complete. However the one I received require disassembly of the flashlight to access the charge port. Another dead giveaway. Even the packaging show the charger plugged in with the flashlight fully assembled. No instructions etc etc. Very disappointed it’s going back as soon as I get a day off I would never buy from this Amazon Seller again.. I recently got this as my first fancy expensive flashlight. I found the button programming to be a little weird and hard to execute to get the desired setting in only one try. Normally it takes me a few tries unless I want what is set for the single click setting.All of that landed me at about three stars, because once the light is on in the desired setting it’s pretty nice…Then the other day when I went to use it, I had the thing happen where I tried to double tap the button to get it to the 2nd setting, it went to the first setting instead, I retried, and now the light is totally dead.I recharged it, and still the light is totally dead and will not turn on.Now after a few weeks of light indoor use (probably turned it on ten times) I have a broken hunk of flashlight.I would have been better off buying any 20 dollar flashlight..

I used both an Apple head and a very nice Anker head, which he said will not work to bring it to a full charge.This is nowhere in the instructions! He is shipping me their one piece charging cable for free, but it is beyond me why they wouldn’t just include it with the light then??? I would have gladly paid $10.00 more for it to avoid the hassle of having to figure it out.As an FYI, you can buy their head or one piece charging cable here on Amazon for $10.00 + if you want to avoid calling and asking for a free one.. . . .
