I’ve dropped all of my flashlights at one time or another, and none of them ever quit working. The wires that travel to the lantern cob led, are LOOSE inside the flashlight, and are VERY THIN. When it fell, the little spring contact for the battery, compressed and CUT the flimsy wire. Also, when I SLIGHTLY moved the wire to get a better look, the solder let go, and the wire completely fell out. I mean, I barely touched the thing. Also, I was surprised that the battery doesn’t last very long in these.I would look elsewhere for a good light.. What can I say, you can probably purchase an equivalent Fenix that is fully waterproof for 10-20 times the price. I have no doubt that it would be a better and more durable product, however my experience owning this light for a month has been great.
