This is my second light. First one I had for maybe four years. The charging port broke. Contacted Soonfire and was told to send a photo of the flashlight. Told them it is a VS50 what more do you need to know? I never got an answer or to many other requests.. I like the flashlight overall and it is very bright. I had the Soonfire VS37 for 1 year and the on/off switch was not turning on the light unless depressed several times. Needless to say, I contacted Soonfire customer service for a warranty issue. They advised me to purchase another one and will refund my money via Amazon once I submit them a copy of the invoice. The VS37 was discontinued and superceded to the VS50 which was about $10 more. The customer service was very prompt, informative, and they were willing to do whatever was necessary to satisfy the customer”s needs. I received a full refund immediately and have a new working flashlight..
