I don’t have a light meter, but it has to be well north of 2,000 lumens, maybe closer to 3,000. Then the charger and additional batteries arrived. I quickly charged everything up, screwed the extender onto the unit, and did an A/B test. Using the 2 nominally charged batteries it came with, versus 3 fully charged, there was a noticeable difference, likely bringing it up to the stated 3,600 lumens. This thing is no joke. Nicely built, feels solid, looks nice and is super bright. Not like the little “High Power Tactical” 2 cell Ch***se cheapies that claim to be 2,000 lumens (tried one of those first, then bought this). I didn’t rate the battery life or durability as I haven’t had it for long and can’t attest to those attributes just yet. My only criticism at this point would be the lack of an adjustable lens to be able to focus it from the flood that it is (albeit with an intense center) to a more focused spot, but hey, nothing is perfect.
