I liked the fact it had rechargeable batteries and it was very bright, so it did help when I used it a couple of times to find trail blazes. I went to use it the other day and I thought it had died, so I fully charged it. While on the trail I tried to use it, but unfortunately the button will not click on, so now it is useless. Luckily, I had my headlamp with me as well. It was good while it worked though, haha.. Had it one month, use it every night, I have dropped it on sidewalks, very durable, very bright and have used it to light up area when hitching or un-hitching my trailers, battery lasted 3 straight hours of having it on and loved the magnet so I use it hands free by placing it on my tailgate to hookup or unhook. Normal daily use battery will last a month. I like the lantern on side also. Ordering more as Christmas gifts. Nice lumen output… WHEN it works. Extremely unreliable. It’s a total box of chocolates every time you press the button. It’s a shame as the construction is solid but the poor performance makes it a loser (and you a sucker for buying it!).
