This thing is crazy bright, I think there is even a warning label on it. . Bought this one to replace this one; Complete LED Tactical Flashlight Kit -c (bottom battery spring metal inside flashlight broke due to mold). Main difference is size, this flashlight is very long compared to the one in the kit. Equally bright, but when zoomed in all the way it projects like a halo around the center, did not like that. Also it must be used with two 16850 batteries instead of only one. I really prefer the one in the kit, this one seems as an older version of their line. For $15 that I paid, it’s ok, will personally use it as backup flashlight..
