Maybe it was just this one flashlight that had a defect like this, but if it is actually designed to turn itself off suddenly with no warning, I wouldn’t recommend you buy it if you need to use it to go out at night.

I searched for a while trying to find the best rechargeable flashlight and settled on this one, and I’m glad I did! It is so bright! I have a big ML300L that is rated for 625 lumens and this crushed that flashlight. You know the stock photo that all these flashlight use of the guy standing on the road and all the trees are lit up? That is actually what this flashlight does! I was blown away the first time I used this outside and if you use it inside and shine it on the ceiling it lights up the room you’re in. I don’t know battery life yet but I used it on medium for 1 hour and 30 min straight and had no problems, but I’ll have a YouTube video on this flashlight soon and I’ll test battery life then. Honestly if you’re looking for a rechargeable super bright compact amazing flashlight, this is it.. So far, so bright! 🔦 I’m curious to see how long the charge lasts / battery. Overall, the brightest little flashlight I’ve ever owned!This is my second review posting in two days because I also bought a Wuben flashlight, but 1200 lumens instead of this 1000 lumens flashlight. I still give this 5 stars because it was actually brighter than the other brand and cheaper than the other brand! I’d buy this again!!!!.

Other than take it a great purchase.. After reading the reviews I decided to pull the trigger on this flashlight. I’m so glad I did. It’s well-made – very durable. I really like that the flashlight comes with an easily replaceable 18650 2200 mah battery. You can carry a couple of these if you’re going to need long-lasting light for a week long camping trip or an extended power outage. On “high” the light stays brightly lit for 3 hours on a full charge. It has three steady light modes; high, medium, and low. It also has two flashing modes – slow SOS and strobe. One thing I like about the switch is that you can simply hold down the button on the end when the flashlight is on high mode and it will shut off without having to toggle through all of the other light settings. It also will turn back on to “high” mode after being shut off this way. The beam can be focused down small for more concentrated light or wide for more general lighting. Both are very bright. It’s easy to recharge after unscrewing the base with the supplied micro USB cord. A red LED at the charging port indicates it’s charging and when it turns green it has completed the charge sequence. I usually charge it overnight. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, rechargeable, well-made, compact flashlight.. . .
