Doesn’t even compare to my 123 battery ASP which is rated at 300 lumens. People who have given this light good reviews either do not know any better and/or have not tried other lights. I have tried/used MANY lights and this one is at the bottom. As inexpensive as it was, it’s not worth the effort of returning nor will I be embarrassed and give it to anybody. . I really like this like this flashlight. It larger than many of the cheaper AAA LED flashlights I have, but not so large as to be bulky. It has a nice heft and its size makes it easy to hold. Its very bright and the ability to focus the beam is handy. I don’t like multiple modes (I just want on and off!), and you have to unscrew the base to get to the charging plug (weird). – But – I am probably going to buy a second one..

I ordered 2 of these for the Wife and I as “bump in the night light.Package arrived on time and in good condition.Batteries had a full charge.Appears to be of good construction.Very bright flood and even brighter zoom, the other functions work as described.My o ly criticisms is that the end cap is not attached to the light so when charging it’s possible to loose it especially if you can’t see….Just a thought. Good thing this flash light is fairly bright and can be recharged via a USB cable. However, the light switches to a different mode every time it’s turned on, which I find very annoying. I wish it would use the same mode that was set the previous time. I just want a steady solid light 99% of the time when I turn it on, not flashing or pulsing..
