5 LIGHT MODES: High, Medium, Low, Strobe, TURBO. The Nebo Torchy is bright, compact, and well made. It is a great addition to my tool holster. The only downside is the battery. It is NOT a standard 16340 battery. It is longer and has both positive and negative contacts on the back end. You can only get extra batteries from Nebo. That also means that you can only charge the battery in the flashlight. There is no stand alone charger to keep a battery in. You have to charge two in e flashlight to have a spare. Nebo should make this clear in the description. I only found out when I bought a spare 16340 from Fenix and it didn’t work..

It’s a pretty bright light I’ll give it that. But the UI is mediocre at best. It could’ve been much better and on top of that the button seems to not work every 15-20 clicks. Not sure why but it happened to be like that straight out the box. I don’t think it’s faulty though I think it’s just an error in the way its designed. It did come with an average finish too. Some nicks and bare spots but it’ll make do I’m used to it when it comes to Nebo lights. The pocket clip is deep which is nice but the clip comes off very easily so I wouldn’t trust it clipped to a belt or else you may go to grab for it and notice just a clip left. It’ll clip to a hat nicely though which is mainly what it’s for and pockets. I just would’ve liked it to stay attached to the flashlight with more grip. I would’ve given it 4 stars but with the button issues I bumped it to 3. Also it has a more warm color versus white which works with this light.Another issue with this light is the battery indicator. Once you use turbo it stays red instead of returning to blue once turbo is over so you have to turn the light on and off to get a proper battery indicatorI’m getting 30 min on high before it gets to 25% battery life it also seems to dim during use.
