. So you think all of these flashlights look the same, right? Well, I bought several of them and they are eerily similar, like they are all made in the same place with different names–but that’s not the case, this one is better. At least for the way I use it, which is to walk my dog every day, a couple features stand out that make all the difference. First, it comes with a rechargeable battery. The first one I bought didn’t, and using it every day you burn through even the giant Costco size battery pack of batteries super quick–obviously not cost effective and frustrating. The next flashlight I tried had all the same modes, but in order to just turn it on and off, you had to cycle through all five modes, which is just SUPER annoying. Finally after another try, I came across this flashlight that is rechargeable, has all the modes but is one-click on/off for simple operation, and is the right size (see picture) to carry easily while walking the dog and still controlling the leash.Now here’s the kicker: awesome customer service. So the “convex lens” had somehow unscrewed and disappeared. While the light still functioned, and it still zoomed in and out, it lost the ability to “focus down” to a narrower cone. I wrote the company (way out of warranty) and asked if there were any way I could just order the missing part and they wrote back within hours to apologize that because of the pandemic the carriers wouldn’t ship a part that small from China, but they would give me one dollar off of a new flashlight. I ended up buying a new two-pack since it was so reasonable and I like the product so much and they wrote me again to make sure I got the dollar off (I declined) but they kept in touch to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase, so I am highly confident that if I ever were to have any issue it would be immediately taken care of. Amazing on a small purchase, in my opinion.Great product, great value, great customer service–highly recommend..

Originally I received one of these flashlights that had an issue with the charger. The manufacturer contacted me directly and their customer service was very impressive. A replacement light and charger was sent to me at no charge. Several months later I experienced a problem with the cap that covers the battery and that was replaced by the manufacturer with NO HASSLES. I would definitely do business with them again and have no problem referring anyone to do business with them. The product works well and the company stands behind it’s product.. The Cosoos XML-T6 is the brightest out of the other four brands that I own. I would definitely recommend this light and will be purchasing two more next week. This light comes inside a case with a 18650 battery and charger . I gave 5 stars because the cosoos flashlight is the brightest I have ever seen..
