I purchased these flashlights because I wanted something to replace a “1200 lumen” bike headlight that I already had. Although these lights are advertised as being “2000 lumens”, they are not even close to as bright as the that “1200 lumen” bike headlight in a side by side comparison.Perhaps the brightness of the reported “1200 lumen” light I already had is underestimated. Not sure, but these flashlights are noticeably dimmer.
